FEAT.FORM artworks are made to your specifications. The statutory withdrawal right generally does not apply to clearly personalised goods once production has begun.

Before production

Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If production has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.

If something is wrong

Your statutory rights still apply if the artwork is damaged, defective or not as agreed. Email hello@featform.dk with your order number and photos, and we will assess a repair, replacement or refund.
